[quote=”Sir Ville”]I can tell you the reason for that blown o-ring : the barrel locator screw has been tightened too far – either by you or the guy who assembled the gun.
Contact Evgeny nevertheless. He’s superb to deal with. Not like those other assholes in the Bullpup business.

This makes me very HaPpY hearing there will be early mods made to make this gun better even though I would probably make modifications myself. I love the Cricket it shoots great. I even bought a second stock for my .22 bug gun but any new purchases for KalibrGun are off the shelf. If I really love this AT-Vulcan I may buy a .25 Caliber Vulcan as well or another Bull Pup. I am in the market for another .25 caliber.
The problem is not denial or strong opinions. I totally disagree with your premise. With these forums you never know the poster. He could be a fool liar or a mole from another company. The process of vetting a poster is to question his experience and to expect pictures of the problem and for the OP to answer questions. Too many of use have been burned by people posing as regular joes
I want to thank the 2 airgun Vulcan owners for telling us about their experiences with their guns. I appreciate their honesty. Up till now all we heard was nothing but perfect performance. Some people can’t admit a problem and live in constant denial. Some very strong opinions in this hobby of ours and some very talented folks. Nothing is perfect in this world, least off all airguns made by human hands.
They have gotten much worse the last year or so. Now they’re nearly as pompous, dumb and arrogant as Ed , that little Russian Elf.
I can only imagine the pressure both KG & EG is feeling right now when better Bullpups show up like Mushrooms after a rainy day.
And the newcomers beat the Russians in their “own” game – bad.
Add the fact that ie FX costs much less and i promise the pressure is felt inside their lakeside Log Houses and it feels like the walls are closing in.
All the talk and acting as untouchable guy with great integrity was for naught .. Well – there seldom is any justice in the World but this time i feel there may be some anyway.

Kalibrgun is famous their arrogant approach during claim process 😕
The customer care at AGN is on another level entirely. Both Cricket and , especially , EdGun are far , FAAAAR behind on that.
It is noisier than the Bug but the new ones come with an updated shroud to fight that.

Bori sent me a new Vulcan, before I even sent mine back. Great service, but it did cost me 56.00 shipping and insurance to send the defective one back. The new one has about 1000 shots with no issues. I still find I use my Cricket more because it seems so much quieter for backyard use.

Really! Thank you keyser, I waiver back and forth as to send it back since I have done my own repairs since the first day, but your right I should send it to him so he can examine it to see what may have been problems in the manufacturing.
Trac I hope you sent an email to Evengy the owner of Vulcan. If you need his contact pm me. I know he will send you a new gun. The guy is awesome to deal with. He wants to know about these problems
Well I have had the same problem with .22 Vulcan, breech oring blew while at the range on the first day I got the gun. There was a fellow shooting a big bore next to me so I did not hear or see the pellet impact, loaded another pellet and was struck by a puff of air, loaded another pellet and nothing came out. Struggled to get mag out, went home disassembled gun and saw there were pellets stuck in the bore, could not push them out, as they mushroomed into each other, pulled barrel and placed in my lathe to machine out 80% of the diameter and used a dental tool to scrape out the remaining lead. Reassembled gun replaced breech oring, went to the range and 20 shots later the 3mm barrel indexing set screw blue out, stripped as I was unable to clean all of the locktite from the, and nearly struck me in the face! Back to the shop to drill and tap for #6-32 set screw, all well for 2weeks, went back to the range to put as many shots throughout it as I could and got a leak! Back to the shop and the valve was not sealing, remachined delrin seat, worked for a moment, pulled it again and lapped the delrin valve to the aluminum seat, no luck. Put water in the air cylinder housing that has the transfer port in it, put the valve in with water above it and noticed it leaked ever so slightly, upon inspection someone had hand filed the brass valve guide rather rough’ allowing for a bit to much side to side movement. Peter is ordering a new valve and valve housing/air cylindrer cap (not sure of name). Not angry but sometimes your lucky (.22 matador r3m and .25 cricket) and sometimes your not ( vulcan and raw)hm1000)
Backyard sniper I feel for ya’ you try to inform people of your issues to bring the bright minds of this forum to explore ideas and solutions and you get bit in the ass. I have not spoken of my problems as I did not want to cause an argument or discuarage anyone from buying, but since you came forward I thought it made sense
Each to their own. So what if someone eats some shit every now and then. Dogs, for instance, seem fond of that kind of “Cousine”.

Factoid: Eating shit won’t kill you. Personally, I wouldn’t eat shit just because someone told me to do so. This is possibly not the case where bckyrdsnpr lives, and may explain why he suggested it??? Still, it seems like a strange request to make.
Kind regards,

I can’t say anything negative , other than i’ve already pointed out , so that’s that.
Live in denial i do not. When a problem occurs then it does. I don’t run around crying – instead i do something about it. If it’s a clear manufacturing or material related issue then back to the dealer / maker it goes. That’s when the honest, good makers emerge or shine with their abscence.
Ed had a half a year to fix the problems the two of those POS EG’s had in them. In the end he refused to even answer to my emails. What a crook , to put it the mild way.
I never had any issues with the Crickets i owned.
The AGN goes way beyond what i consider good customer service and aftercare. He answers the questions promptly and he’s very proud of his product – for a good reason too.
He send me a new, updated loading rod so if mine would break then i have a spare he said.
He send me a new load bolt (bigger) ,,extra magazines and a spare o-ring kit (complete) within a day i ordered. He aswers the questions eventhough English isn’t his Forté.
A genuinely nice guy with one helluva product !
