Q:

The Airforce Bottle Regulator is here!

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I am pleased to announce that the Airforce bottle regulator is complete and I have the distinct honor to offer them for sale.

They have the M18 x 1.5 threadpitch for the Airforce bottle on one end and the .875-20UNEF threads for the E-TaCREG on the other.

The length and diameter are identical to the other JDS Airman regs.

I will be stocking them here at E-TaC central. The cost is $90 shipped, same as the E-TaCREG. CONUS shipping is included.

You can choose your output pressure from 1200-2500psi.

Here is a picture.

I have to get my tank filled (AGAAIN!!!) and I’ll get a shot count number for the 2000psi output.

Regards,
Jim

There is any of you use etacreg with original condor tank?, please upload the pictures so i can see , thanks

Hi,

the extra length is 90 mm for the E-tag reg.
On the picture is an other then the normal Talon bottle.
It’s a short fat one 3000 PSI.
Put a neoprene cover on it, made from a cheap ( $7 )
notebook sleeve, for the time being,
must also make a good butplate for it.

Hi,

will take the size of the extra length, so you can try it your self, ( put the extra length to your butplate with a piece of wood with ducktape?

I use an other shorter bottle.

Friends, please inform me is that too long if i put etac-reg to the standard tank/bottle Condor ?

Thx for the o-ring info, best to have a few in stock.

On both graph is used the same valving.
Only remove one small spacher between the tophead and valvehouse.

But must tweak the valving, maybe a litte bigger bore / hole in the valvestem, at the moment I have too much blast.
But first I go shooting 🙂 still a little scary because the set is very fresh.

Later more.

Got home early today and pulled apart one of the regs. 008 is the small one and 013 is the large one. Ureathane shore A 90. they fit nice and snug. I put diver silicone one them and they move nice.

😯 Wow, nice stuff ewoodie!!! 😯

Was the second graph on the last page the same valve as the first graph?

just back fron the 50 meter indoor lane.

I’m a lousy shot 😳 but the rifle is okay, see the card (all 5 shot groups).

First target in the middle, then scope two cliks to the left, and shot the others.

“I think” the lower pressure from 150 Bar, gives more blast then a small airflow from 180 Bar.

But still thinking over de short stroke hammer.

lookin good ewoodie 😆 got to love those flyers.

this what i’m looking for 5x 50 meter. , except the Fu…. flyer 😈

I will take one apart on Sunday and let you know. They were metric o rings in the ones I bought from Jim but I matched them up with standard 90 dur urethane ones. No problems with them at all.

Ok guys, now i need all this sorted before i buy one now !!! 😉

😆

quote ewoodie:

Dyotat100,

Do you have the sizes of the O-rings.

Yes please, me too!

Dyotat100,

Do you have the sizes of the O-rings.

I changed the o rings to urethane in my regs. I get less than 10 fps after letting my tank sit for days. I think when I refill I get the same little bump also. Last to time I shot it thru chrono first shot was 950 and second was 944. Then it went between 940 and 945 for the next 20.
