Thanks Slick
I’ve placed 2 orders direct with Evgeny, and both took 10 days… don’t know if that is the norm, super quick, slow or what. That is just what my experience has been to date…
How long does it took to deliver to US for you guys? I ordered mine and paid invoice on 1/7. Not sure if there is a delay or it usually takes longer than 10 days.
You ought to see him when he’s off his meds……

You sir are one special kind of “messed up”……and I like it! :biggrinn:

Dear Mike…
Federal laws, and international treaties protecting Yak testicles, prevents me from making bulk purchases. I’m truly sorry!
I’m pleased to hear you had good luck with your lever mod. Very similar design and will be pleasing to the user.
I’m sorry to hear that your testicles are withering, and likely to drop off soon. In the absence of genuine Chinese Yak extract, I suggest you soak both of your orbs in a mixture of equal parts of kerosene and vinegar. It won’t stop them from dropping off, but will stop that nasty “rotting” smell before they eventually drop off and roll down your pant leg.
Sincerely,
Kindly ‘Ol Uncle Hoot:
PS: Ebay has “Replacement Testicles” in both ceramic and titanium. I suggest the ceramic because you can have them made with internal LED lights and “smiley faces” on them! Just squeeze them, and the smiley face shows through your nut sack. Makes for an interesting item of distraction if there is nothing on TV that night.
Further, you can scare the living shit out of your sleeping spouse by putting one nut in front of each of her eyebulbs, light up both LEDs, and start loudly whistling “Dixie“. Smiley faces, showing through a guy’s nutsack at night, can elicit some interesting remarks from your significant other!
Hi Hoot and others
Re above extraction.
Having total belief in The World of Hoot. I immediately googled that recommendation.

Was wondering where you obtain yours from? Knowing you arranged a Group purchase recently for side levers thought you could start this one off. Ahem.
Re those b…y machine screws. Yes Easy Out but heads too small. I used some duct tape over the head and a impact driver. Worked a treat.
Having one of the Brazilian levers , believe I was one of their first customers , I had no problems in installing side lever mod, no adjustment or angle issues.
Safe shooting

That’s what I did…but, some of the screws heads snapped off at the bottom of the neck and I couldn’t find an “Easy-Out” drill bit that small.
It was a mess and I’m glad they changed out those screws. The Torx seem to be much better metal and that Torx head is almost impossible to strip unless you don’t seat it properly to begin with.
By the way…why do you post your info twice? Are you afflicted with a “Stutter”? There are drugs extracted from Yak testicles that have proven to help with individuals who stutter…you might want to Google “Yak Testicle Extract“, I believe Amazon has it in bulk packages for a reasonable price!!!
Sincerely,
Kindly ‘Ol Uncle
On my Gen 1 Vulcan, I replaced all of the original screws on the gun. The heads twisted off with alarming regularity. I believe Gen 2 they were changed for a better design.
It was a genuine bitch to drill them out because they were so small in diameter.
Hoot:
The trick is to use a reverse drill bit almost as big as the head. That way they unscrew before you have to drill them out

I just finished installing my side lever. It took longer to get the bolts out of side plate than it took to mount side lever. I had to drill out 6 of the bolts. As far as kit goes it’s super easy to install and very well made. It functions perfect with no adjustments needed. It’s butter smooth during cycling. I would recommend it to all Vulcan owners

I prefer the AGT adapter connector block design for attaching the lever to the cocking guide. Rather than a bored out, thin threaded piece, a nice beefy adapter converts takes the lateral load. Evgeny’s amazing fast response and amazing customer service got me to place an order.
I would redesign both levers to get a bit more leverage by moving the inter-arm pivot point a bit closer to the hinge block. The secondary lever would need to be a bit longer as well. Backwards travel would then end about 30-40 degrees swung back PAST 90 degrees and gain cam action for that last part of motion where resistance goes up against the hammer spring.
The lever would be even easier to cycle. It’s already a huge improvement over the original cocking knob. I think it can be even better.
