Damn, but I’m good.
I made a revision to my valve design. Knocked out the body a few days ago, got the stem done today.
It glides in the body like silk, yet when I suck on it it pulls the stem up, and I cannot blow air past it. No o-ring required.
I am a lathing and milling god. Anyone want to buy one? I fancy a holiday in Argentina.

The US market is already covered by Blod and associates. My design is strictly for the UK market, with it’s interchangeable heads (full-power head is ONLY to be used in those countries where it’s legal of course).
And there’s already a waiting-list, comprised mainly of those who’ve already bought my previous designs (fixed-power models).

I think you should just send me one and I’ll make a true and honest evaluation / report on it for all to read, if it’s as good as you say it is you’ll have the masses blowing up your in box.

Ultra-fine precision is a joy to behold and an even finer joy to create. There is one potential problem though: fouling. I once had a rifle with a bolt that was machined to a very close tolerance. A bit of something got in the gap between the bolt and the bore it rides in and made a difficult to clear jam. All ended well but it was a bother for a bit.
Can the valve be well protected from fine debris? Maybe a looser fit and a forgiving o-ring would be a better solution for a field rifle?
