I have to ask those who waits for EDguns to excuse me…
Tony knocks to my head every second day with the only question “When!?” and the only thing I can say “Have no idea… 🙁 ” The problem is that we have to delivery LW barrels from Germany to Russia, it used to be very smooth and predictable but now, due to some changes in Russian custom work (I hate them more the police 🙁 ) it takes so long. For instance if it took them a week to clear the barrels at the custom before but not about 250 barrels are stuck at the custom for 7 week already 🙁 and I have no idea when they will go out (they promise one more week and then let them out) but I do not believe them any more. So, we expect the second delivery, which is going the other way in a couple of weeks and as soon as we have barrels here I will assemble guns and send them to Tony immediately, so be patient 🙂 (the delivery out of Russia is another headache but that is next stage).
Next year we are very serous about opening the separate enterprise in Europe to make the guns for client out of Russia to avoid dealing with Russian stupid authorities, rules and officials… Keep fingers crossed for us 🙂

I’ve just realized that the Edgun barrels are made by LW to Ed’s specifications, and are NOT their standard ones, used by many other brands. Only top accurate (not necessarily top powerful) guns are interesting to me, and now I know better why the Edguns are ranked among them.

I look at my Edgun and think “I own that! It is the best on the planet and it is mine!” I don’t have to shoot my Edgun to have fun. Sometimes I just enjoy holding it.
I have only two suggestions for a future Edgun, of any caliber:
1) Make it even quieter, and eliminate noise from the hammer
2) Get a retro-fit magazine, even manually indexed.
A “Stealth” model Edgun, maximized for silence, longer/larger diameter shroud, and something to muffle the hammer slap would be perfect. It is surprising how many of us face neighbors, gun-haters, officials, and ignorance when we try to shoot on our own property. The less they can hear the better off we all are. It’s a feature I’d gladly pay for.
A magazine….just because, that’s all.

As I told before — those who were the first of the clients in the region are always considered as a family member. I will always remember that it were you, who risked to buy a strange device, made by some crazy Russian on the other side of the planet, not taking into consideration the “advises” of very carefull fellows on the forums, saying “What are you doing? Are you going to give that huge amount of money for the thing nobody knows? Are you stupid? Have you thought what would you do if it will brake? Etc, etc, etc…” I remember everything 🙂 And I appretiate that you did — made a step to me, so you are really family members and let those, who was careful and waiting for what would happen, be envious to you since that were not them to make a fist step 🙂

Ed, I sent you a PM not too long ago and you said the guns would be ready to ship on the 20th of February, but according to your last post they are going to be ready in January. If these are going to start heading to the states around the 20th of January I will be one happy man.

Nikolay, here is a picture of the Edgun add-on moderator available to quiet the report down to next to nothing. Not a bad looking add on. You may be able to find one where you live. Minor problem of having the Edgun shroud cap drilled/threaded to fit the screw in moderator.
I saw a Leyla Youtube with a Leyla and the guy used two different kinds, both brought the report down quite a bit. Of course the little Lelya has a very short shroud.
