Awny, the problem a few of us had with the safety was that it was very hard to impossible to set it on safety until the hammer was cocked. Then it was easy enough But I am sure it was meant to operate easily before cocking. Safer that way. The slide had slight burred edges but became beautifully smooth after a little attention. The undocumented safety slide detent ball bearing and tiny spring are hidden under the slide.

How do you adjust the length of the first stage?
Tried detaching the rod from the action assembly but does not seem possible. Only side seems to be free while its held by the other.
What am I doing wrong?

when I got my one a week ago, it had the black hard case, then your damaged paper box, and loads of foam, shavings stuff and additional paper box and that was in black rubbish bag style bag. So multiple layers more. But I had mine from CZ. nice to see that it survived the journey.

if it shoots well, I am sure it does, you will keep it

that fill probe assy is the best I have ever seen

Agree. I like the fill probe assembly. Its even better than the cricket and the daystat

I like this case. Simple and practical. And inexpensive too.

This one too

Very nice Awny. From what I’ve been hearing all the new Vulcans don’t come with a hard case any more. I’ve been using silicone grease on the moving parts and it’s very smooth.

Mine did not come with any case Zonk. Go figure!
it’s OK I will buy a case for it. For now it will borrow the case from one of its cricket cousins.

Thanks for the tip on the silicone grease.

Safety looks fine in my gun. Must have been fixed in factory.

Mine was apparently from the later shipment. It came just wrapped in plastic and surrounded with foam peanuts.
At least the peanuts were the degradable, starch kind

Any case is better than nothing 😑

Looks like it Jan, doesn’t it? The hard case I got with mine isn’t the strongest but it works well transporting my Vulcan.

I use stuff from Archoil. Some kinda Nanotech grease.

What is the safety problem you refer to. Mine seems to work fine. Am I missing something?

One observation as I opened the gun is that the assembly is very dry. No sign of grease or oil. What do you suggest? Would a spray of Ballistol do it?

I quess yours is fixed from the factory. Evgeny updates things when needed so yours may not need any attention. Needed did mine although itΒ΄s one of the very first made – Nr 3.

Thanks Ville

Any suggestion on the oiling/grease of the gun part? What do you use?
