R3M /R3 Review and Performance .WoW
Gentlemen;
First of all i want to apologize to Mr. Eduard and all of you, because i brought you incorrect info regarding the loudness of the new R3M, i told you that it is a little bit louder than my M-Rod, but it is not like this,
Okay, let talk about the loudness, what did you say? loud? Hey Hemn what sound are you talking about? 😯 guys if the Condor sound level is #5 and M-Rod is #2 then the new R3M is 0.75 😯 😯 on my point of view, because it is really really quite, yesterday when i did some practice in my fathers backyard all the sparrows and doves or even all birds they were on their position near at me on the trees when i was trying to do some chrony test, never moved and flied, believe me guys,
when i said that R3M is a little bit louder i was in my bed room 😯 😯 when i tried three dry fire,
Eduard you are correct as you told me dry fire is usually louder than fire with pellets …. sorry again…..
it is really really nice rifle and quite also more powerful than the R3,
guys you will be surprised when you see the below strings of the new R3M, here we go……………………………………….
Date Oct 12th 2013,
Edgun Matador R3M, .22 cal, starting pressure was 220 bar as mentioned in the manual.
Pellet; JSB 18.13gr
Eduard please tell me am i sick or these fps are correct ?
Shot# FPS

31 – 1002
32 – 998.2
33 – 993.7
34 – 994.9 my place was very very bad for testing my gun so, i had to pull the gun toward me in order to get the perfect position for aiming the target, so, i believe those shots under 999fps occurred because of that.
35 – 995.9
36 – 999
37 – 997
38 – 999
39 – 999.2

47 – error
48 – Fucking error
49 – Fucking error
50 – Fucking error i believe due to the sun set the chrony wasn’t able to read. the last pressure was 145 bar
The average of the total of 39 shots = 1001.2 fps. ( i got the fps of 39 shot that is why i am calculating only 39)
the accuracy is very good out of 40 mtr for me ( since i am a new one to Bullpup and such a high quality of the gun )
Dear Sir Ville; when you read my review you will understand that there are a huge difference between R3 and R3M.
Dear Trygve; please go back to your home and let Mr. Martti ship your new R3M.
I will post the pics of the targets latter…..
Hope other guys who got their R3M share the new info ……………………

His .25 cal EdGun branded JSB pellets shot very well though today when tested at my extremely long backyard Range at 27 meters / 280 mps. I´ll test them Ed´s tomorrow at 50m but i´m a bit reluctant to shoot them since i have no way on getting a hold on any more of those Babies. Well – i´ll save the Tin, fill it with JSB´s and live happily ever after in my self denial. 😯
I sure hope your not putting my supreme quality Edgun pellets through that filthy bug of yours.. 😆
That batch is 6.35mm for your records..
Yes size and velocity will play a part in stability but…. if you find the best size for your bore you can shoot it from 800fps to 1000fps and they will still be perfectly stable.
All my pellet testing is done through a high speed scope camera at 100m.. you would be surprised on how many pellets you thought were stable and hit their mark but show tiny amounts of spiral through the slow mo cam.. You say your pellet is stable now at that speed but I think you will find it will be doing tiny little spirals that get larger as range increases.. also air temp and altitude will have an effect as will wind.. all of these will bring back that nasty corkscrew right when you make that important shot..
Check out this vid, its my R3 shooting a true 5.52mm head size pellet at 915fps to 98 yards.. My R3 will only shoot 5.49-5.50mm pellets perfectly stable.. check out any of my long range hunting vids to see this.. the 5.52mm however behaves differently.. yes it hits its mark but watch the tiny elliptical corkscrew behaviour.. You cant see this with the naked eye. Its not much but it will ruin a group and gets much worse with atmospheric changes listed above.
