Look up the Federal Uniform Commercial Code part 2. It must be in writing if over $500 – an email stating the price will do. If he agreed to a price in writing and a deposit was made in earnest and then he ups the price it is a clear violation. Basic business law. Even though it is over 90 days the contract was expected to take a much longer time frame by both parties. Take it to Judge Judy. 😛

If a seller lists a set price for a commodity that they are selling and a buyer agrees to the price originally given and in good faith makes a deposit
in the full amount that the seller asked for , then regardless of any price increase that the seller may have with the item they are selling , then by
law they are obligated to sell that item at the first price given unless they originally added a supplement agreement stating if the sellers cost for
the item being sold goes up then that cost for the buyer would also increase .

Well guys , maybe it’s just me . I don’t give a shit about airguns when a nice females’ ass is presented in picture form over talking about airguns .

FROM : THE BIRDMAN

I got mine in yesterday. I’m in FL so it got here pretty fast. .25 cal, serial 0098. No fill probe or spare orings like other airguns, no worries though. For some reason I thought these were coming with the new style LDC I read about? No accuracy or shot count tests yet. Quality piece.

I checked with the bank I think I remember drawing my money order on and if i am right it expired after 6 months. Tony is supposed to be sending mine back so i can get it refunded and re-issued.

Put it on your tab man! You’re good for the money. Besides, it’s only your 10th Edgun so far.

I opted out on Friday and had my MO sent back to me and it arrived today. I’m just happy I got a prompt refund so I can go on my merry way.

So I meantioned 3 valid reasons to want a quiet .30 and you choose to focus on the fact that I mentioned firearms. Based on your reply I must assume you are either trying to be antagonistic or your reading comprehension is poor. Either way I don’t have much more to discuss with you.

Let’s discuss this instead :biggrinn:

I assumed we were talking about PCP rifles not firearms. Who are you worried about finding your location if you are legally taking the game in question?

I realize changing the subject makes it easier for you to win a debate of opinions in your mind but If you would like to change the subject just let me know as I’m quite prepared with plenty of my own experience.

Also, I’m so happy you agree with me about the root cause of the issue at hand. That is exactly what I was hoping for.

Practically, the sound of the gun is irrelevant, it’s the sound of the pellet striking the target and the 30 will always be louder. The only time the sound of the gun can be relevant is when you miss a live target and that depends on the behavior of your intended quarry.

I am a HUGE fan of the offset. It is a super smart design. My friend has the R3 .30 and the gun is extremely quiet. The .30 is more quiet than my R3M .22 and significantly quieter than the .25. The offset is a big leap forward for the EDgun.

I disagree with this post based on my experience. First pellet sound hitting an object may not be a factor based on distance. I would like to see you echo locate my hide when I just took out a critter at 170- 200 yards away with a super silent gun. Secondly, it is much easier to concentrate and relax when shooting a very quiet gun. If your observation had merit then there would never be a reason for a firearms suppressor. The real point of the offset post I wrote was to illustrate that if Ed’s design can quiet a .30 it would be very effective with smaller calibers.

To your second point I agree, customer service is about long term gains not short term profits.
