this sounds like chatter before the priest enters the church

Export rights on guns can take a long time. Shipping can take a long time. Why would that mean the guns are faulty?

So who’s gonna be the first out of the gate to plop fundage down for this? I was going to try to be one of the first but I think I’m gonna wait for a couple reviews to roll in. The extended wait sort of gave me a bit of cold feet.

When I talked to R&L they said they’d do a review but that sounds like it could take a few days to a few weeks. Anyone know if they post video reviews over there? Are they known for reviewing airguns? Even if I were to be one of the first to get it I doubt my review would amount to much being new to airguns. I’m hoping one of you fine gents can give the rest on the fence some good info to work with.

This week.

I talked to Matt yesterday, RTI is shipping To RL next week…we might see theses guns before the year is over :biggrinn:

Next week as in before Dec 2 or Dec 9?

I have not been here for long and I can tell from previous posts that seniority is a source of pride for a few here but gents I have to ask, is it just a matter of opinion to keep beating this dead horse or do you guys just enjoy bitching? Obviously an Indonesian company making Impact knock-offs isn’t RTI arms. I don’t understand what anyone get from consistently proclaiming that 1 modern designed bottle bullpup is a copy of the other when most other PCP guns have a very similar form factor. If you have something to contribute to the review like ways to achieve adjustibility or why it shouldn’t be done then by all means contribute. If bitching about something is all you want to do then I ask you, go elsewhere. I look to here for experienced advise, not crying.

I was in Indonesia last year, if I remember right, all they were legally allowed is cal .177 …. but they have powerful pumpers over there.

No news and at this point I am afraid to ask.

Maybe. In my World a bolt from a Rimfire rifle has no place on a centerfire brethren. I’m curious about this Mullah/Priest/Preacher though. I hope it works as anticipated by some.
The history though has shown me otherwise. High hopes and hype didn’t make ie the Colibri to a good gun.
I hope , for your all sake , that my fears are all misplaced and wrong.

only the Chinese pbr have given me problems. All my JDS pbr on my custom bottle guns have been trouble free and work fine.

That’s the first I’ve heard about the threads being different. Where did you hear/see that information?

I e-mailed them. I have a TalonTunes carbon fiber Bottle, it has the same thread as the FX bottles used in Impact Royale and boss. I was wondering if I would be able to use it on the Priest but they said it was not thesame thread. They also said they are trying to find a Carbon Fiber Bottle for the Priest, but that they are very expensive and would raise the price of the gun. If you know a manufacturer that is not too expensive you can tip them off

I think the Mutant is the better gun but this Priest has potential. After all, CZ barrels!! :biggrinn:

If I buy one I’ll be putting a CF bottle on it. Along with an internal mutant regulator.

Them paintball regulators are trash in my opinion.

I agree. Paintball regs stink. And imho this whole concept too.

Where do you get them Mutant parts from? Do they even have a home page? I don’t understand how Americans always gets everything, it’s a European brand but I could not even get a spare mag. All I can get a hold of is the standard Mutant in .22 and that’s it.

They never told me the thread, you can email them yourself

What’s the deal then, the regulator looks like paintball gear – can we use paintball bottles on the gun?
