more ACCURACY issues please help!!!
So I was finally able to get to the range again today at 100 and 50 yards.my accuracy with bags is less then I would expect from a 1700 dollar rifle 2300 dollar system. The rifle has over1400 rounds threw it and it has been tuned by me as some of you know. Just yesterday I reconfirmed my fps here is my results. not only is my accuracy not as good as i thought it would be but the shrould changes the poa by 2 1/2 inches at 100 yards it is not hit, i think it is either due to weight or harmonics of the barrel. i free floated the airtube before also so airtube changes should not be and issue. could my accuracy issues be due to the wrong fps for my gun? could i send my rifle back after this long of having it? should i send it back? i am at a loss with this rifle! i spent just about everything i got to own one and it does nothing that people claim they do!!!!! this gun has brought me more stress then three kids have ever, because at least i can spank children! can’t spank the cricket! well it wouldn’t do me any good!

When you say, “i think it was drilled slightly bigger ”
Do you think the machining of the barrel OD on the frame is to large ?
Or the OD on the barrel is a bit small ?

i would say the frame inside diamerter is to big on the front frame because donnys shrouds fit my barrel really tight and the back frame is good.

nothing my friend. i think it was drilled slightly bigger then it was supposed to be or something. i will say that when tightened down to about 30 ft lbs, it holds it very secure and it takes some force to move it but where the front screws have to be at 30 ft lbs, the back screws only have to be at 15 ft lbs.
hum, are there any signs that you can see in between the frame gap/slot that can impair the closing of ?

so i did a test on my frame screws the two forward ones have to be so tight i almost got my allen stuck and the barrel could still spin!!!!! but the back screws could hold the barrel at about 15 ft lbs. i am so at a loss with this gun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! does any one want a .25 cricket with a really good shot string?????
I had only tested/rolled one barrel so far with this jig and it didn’t show any movement/deviation.
I would try and see/find out what is causing it to require so much torque to tighten up ?

I did roll it on my counter and in one side it does have a tiny bend I would say maybe 1/64th of an inch if not less. Nothing that would alarm me. Unless this is bad?

How does the barrel look if you roll it on a glass tabletop – mucho out of spec or slightly out or perfect?

If that’s the case then something is terribly sorry. Probably bent barrel already with that kind of torque. But my cricket was very tight too when I got it but don’t know how much torque. I think Ernest is the man. He seem like me. If you buy a gun for that kind of money and have to send it to a tuner then that is a hard pill to swallow
I have checked the barrel twice now and with very close inspection I see no noticable bend. While in the gun or out.

The group shifting that I had was a slow walk across the targets and it didn’t jump over randomly.

Ok so I torgue mine at 120-140 because any higher and I am almost breaking my allan keys to get the barrel just from moving
Strange, on my friends 25 cal it was set to 12 ft/lb and it held.
I’m assuming you’ve seen Ernest’s vid on the torqueing procedure, and fill to 160-180 bar before the torqueing.

My barrel would pop out on the first shot! It takes a lot more then that for my barrel to not wiggle around.
