I have to say, prodding a JSB up the spout gives you an extra feeling of confidence when you see Mr Rabbit.

2000psi with Regged 24″ .25 barrel 😀
Only machined and put the barrel in yesterday, still went out and shot 16 rabbits that night.
Hey Pab, Every bunny I shot at, I dropped dead with these H&N FTT, would you suggest I go through the hassle of getting JSB’s into the UK, or stick with what I can get locally?
Wait a sec, Ive got a handfull of your JSB’s left, I’ll try them out in this new barrel first.

Pretty much the same shape, so if you get good results with the H&N, stick with those? Same kinda ‘SmackPowerTM‘ as the JSBs just a bit lighter. I’ve got a tin I’m gonna try. Hell of a lot cheaper than the JSBs

Any luck with the coyote? Would love to see what that 25 can do.
Sound wise, how does it compare to your other a rifles? Quiet as the new moderator on the current 22 Edgun?
I just love how that Edgun can accurately sling that big chunk of lead with so much energy. :thumb:

Coyotes were a no show this morning but there is always tomorrow…..
The moderator is almost twice as long as the .22 but the .25 is not as
quite as quiet as the .22… It is much better now that I turned it down
though…
I am pretty amazed at how fast this thing will shoot…. I could imagine
some much heavier rounds making a ton of FPE if we could find some
that would fly right….

Those Checks really do make a good pellet! As soon as I get my regged set up running I’ll be doing some long range groups. BSA 24″ with the Kings.
I feel some competition coming on….. 😀 😀
