While you’re waiting for your Matadors……..
I thought I would share with you how I coped waiting for my Matadors. It’s a loooong story with a lot to learn. I started this thread back in June 2011 while still waiting, – and oddly enough it became one of the most viewed threads on this forum.
This is how it started:
As it happens, I am the lucky owner of a serious harem of nice guns. And I frequently visit my summerplace on the coast down south in Norway, where weather is the only restriction to my shooting….
Summernights are nice and light with sunset around 22hrs….:
So yesterday I quit Oslo for a few weeks. Fed up with my loooongish waiting for ED and friends to deliver I took 11 members of my harem with me.
Here they are:
As some of you may know, I test and review guns for our Norwegian forum, and this time a comparison of springers is on the agenda….
So go ahead and name them, from left to right…….
And yes. There will be a more in depth test of Lelya 090 who has got new glasses for the occasion…….. 😉

Mine is in Florida waiting for a shipment of plastic peanuts to reach Tony. With my luck, once Tony gets it sent to me, the UPS plane it is on that takes it to the midwest hub will get hijacked to Cuba!
That could work out OK if Mommar is hiding out there. Nik could step in and have it flown to me!
Yes Sir! I’ll use my long term connections with the ‘Mommer’ female guards and pull all the necessary strings to prevent your R3 Long from being hijacked, but delivered to you by my Trans-Black sea-Edgun smuggling squad 😉

But after testing and retesting, – I have decided to let go of a few (I did not have enough flour). Just to make sure your molars have been fixed (as recommended by the noble Gentleman and Senior Mr. Hoot Esq.), my below friend has volunteered to come and serve your highness for an unlimited period of time.

I think that these R3’s might be jinxed! Loco’s guns got to within a few hundred miles from him and then they got detoured.

It may manifest itself in various ways. Including “bed-time stories” (or lack of same) about the wereabouts of your EDguns or improper comments regarding your ability to trust people that have taken you for a ride….. 🙄
The “Loco Luck” is not known to be contagious though……

Hey F and D, You have to give your elders some leeway here, since you are in Florida and will get your gun before I will, you can’t post any pics till I do! 😆
Tony sent me an email stating that I would not have my gun by next Friday. He said that he needed more plastic peanuts, for packing during shipping, and that he would not get them till Tues or Wed. 🙁
I honestly thought about driving the 1200 miles to pick it up at Tony’s!
How sick is that?
I wish I was in Florida. I am in rainy Seattle.
Now I know how to destroy the Western ecomony (the dream of all communists here) I just need to force Western people to wish EDguns as much as possible and they will not be able to work and the economy will collaps 🙂
