While you’re waiting for your Matadors……..
I thought I would share with you how I coped waiting for my Matadors. It’s a loooong story with a lot to learn. I started this thread back in June 2011 while still waiting, – and oddly enough it became one of the most viewed threads on this forum.
This is how it started:
As it happens, I am the lucky owner of a serious harem of nice guns. And I frequently visit my summerplace on the coast down south in Norway, where weather is the only restriction to my shooting….
Summernights are nice and light with sunset around 22hrs….:
So yesterday I quit Oslo for a few weeks. Fed up with my loooongish waiting for ED and friends to deliver I took 11 members of my harem with me.
Here they are:
As some of you may know, I test and review guns for our Norwegian forum, and this time a comparison of springers is on the agenda….
So go ahead and name them, from left to right…….
And yes. There will be a more in depth test of Lelya 090 who has got new glasses for the occasion…….. 😉

Lets put it this way:
Somebody is NOT telling the truth. Got this from the Germans a short while ago:
How can they say that when Ed himself as well as Andrey previously and publicly announced that my guns are with the German shippers ?
Also this piece of communication between ED and myself from end July this year should put things in perspective. Ed’s statements in black….:
Apparently Ed (or Andrey) had been in contact with Germany already regarding my shipment. And worries have been expressed that the Oslo shooting/terror incident would have an influence on shipment……
Now compare this with Andrey’s email from Aug 10th (10 days later):
How could he possibly suggest to ship to Sweden at that time when 10 days earlier guns were confirmed to be in Germany ???
And by the way, – Andrey never replied to my responding email asking for the exact location of my guns as of August 10….
Why not ? 🙄
Also now I have had a 30 minutes long conversation (in German) with the owner of the German shipping company. A very friendly person who confirmed the following
1. He has not spoken with Andrey today at all….
2. He claims he never has adviced against shipping to Norway….
3. He has not received my guns…..
I am sorry, but this simply does not add up……

Yea, he could make himself a fortune if he sold the TV- rights for this Russian-Estonian-German-Norwegian co-production. And he may even be chosen to play the lead and get even more $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ for that. Then he can buy the rights to manufacture the Edguns in Lanzarote and charge us whatever he likes for them 😆 😆 😆
Tedd, in all honesty Trygve remained faithful to you and refused to transfer the rights to the .25 R3 Long despite our phone (sex?) conversations 😛 Which leads me to believe that he prefers marital to extramarital relationships 😆
I was referring to the possibility of him getting another UNWANTED .25 mixed in the parcel with his very much WANTED .22 ones.

Trygve, on this very forum, you said that you were giving me the rights to your R3 25 long version. And now you are having phone (sex?) conversations with Koljo and giving the gun to him? 😕 Indian giver! 😆
If your guns make it here to the US, I would be happy to tell Tony that he can send the 25 long to me and save him the shipping charges and the trouble of having to figure out what country you are currently in and then having to ship it to you. I would be glad to help a friend out, I feel that it’s the least I could do!

Just talked to Andrey, he told that Germans missed everything up, 4 Matadors and 2 Veles were packed in the parcel for U.S. He remembers the number of your 2 Matadors and Veles and doesn’t need even refer to the paper to tell me that. He is on the line with Germans now and I do hope will solve everything today unless German sent your parcel to U.S. 🙁

Trygve, you sure are having your troubles getting your Edguns! If/when you get your shipment and there is a R3 25 long in it, I might know somebody that would be willing to buy it off of you! 😆

Comparing this with the previous information I have shown you all higher up, – I am not veeeery impressed……… 🙄
That said, I am in a way happy that an explanation has surfaced. It looks like Andrej has been sleeping on the job and tried to cover up blaming it all on the Germans. It also looks like he has been “coloring” his information not only to me but also repeatedly to Ed…….
It remains to be seen though whether my guns will in fact turn up with the Germans some time in future…….
As I am leaving for London and later Lanzarote on Sept. 10th, I see no way now to take delivery of my guns before I go….
Hopefully the German company will sit on my package until I return to Oslo on Nov. 21st………… 🙄
