Don’t feel like the Lone Ranger on the broken Stock!
🙁 I recieved my R3 22 standard last Thursday. And the same thing happened to me. I didn’t want to post anything about it yet because I didn’t want to piss anyone off. I talked with Tony about it last week. He said it was my baby. So, I filed the claim with UPS. They wanted to p.u. my rifle for inspection too. I said Hell No! They already screwed it up once I’m not giving them another shot at it. So, they agreed to do an over-the-line inspection. It is in the process as we speak. I can’t stand UPS, this is the 2nd time this has happened to me on air rifles. If I were to order another Edgun I would make sure it had insurance on it as well.
On one good note, I shot it this weekend and it is a Damn Tack Driver! I will post some groups at a later date. My wife shot a clay pigeon at 65 yds free handed standing. At least it’s accurate

As we know Edgun shipped out to customer without “Adult Signature Required”…… and carrier (UPS, FedEx..etc) just drop off package and left
Question is:
IF customer never got package, who will be respond for lost package?
Customer??? or Edgun’s company?? or Carrier (UPS, FedEx..etc)????
P.S.
As we know all of carriers are suck….. 😳
because, last two weeks, UPS & FedEx just drop off couples packages in front of my doorway…. but those package’s belong to some one else (delivery to wrong address, I have to call carrier up, and let them pick up those wrong package deliveried)

Ups driver are not allowed to open packages. It is a fire-able offense.
Only designated clerks are allow to open packages, for inspection, or for repackaging. They have very silly strick rules, yes I could tape up a damaged package, but if I put my hand inside…and the boss saw it, im in trouble.
While you are correct, it could happen..it is not the norm.

Just to make it clear… We are more then fair letting people have their say on this forum. If anyone has a problem with us for sticking up for our members who are getting broken guns due to insufficient packaging you can go pound sand.
Now everyone knows before they buy an Edgun that once the package goes out for shipping Edgun company takes no responsibility if the gun arrives broken due to the way it was packaged.
Now people can know that BEFORE they buy an Edgun and not after it arrives broken.

If I were offer a new stock, I would take it, but I’m not gonna ask for it.
If I were offered a refund, I would not take it, but I was not.
Then again, I did not ask for one.
Although, If the refund deal is for real. I might stick a stick in a box, send it someone via UPS, then demand a refund…Well my jobs done..I took it to ups , take it up with ups..sorry UPS did it. Yea, like that would fly.

This has gotten way out of hand.I don`t think Ed is the kind of man who
is driven by money.I doubt he makes much on the American market.
I feel bad for the 2? that got broken stocks but others, not them, have
turned this into something else.
