Tactical Sniper
Decided to bite the big bore bullet and ordered a Evanix Tactical Sniper in .357 last night the after santa 10% discount made it hard to resist.
I friend that I converted to air guns had just gotten a Rainstorm 3D bullpup, was a hoot to shoot so I had to get my own, didn’t want the same thing, couldn’t afford the semi autos so went with the sniper. :4:
Already trying to figure out how to make it more neighbor friendly 😯

Ballistic products .360 balls are good, but nowhere near as good as the JSB pellets.
I’ve been shooting the .360 Roundballs for years now in my Careers and Storms, great cheap round, but not the best

Got the pump working
Going to try reducing the power and see if that helps
If that fails it’s re-crown time, then valve assembly fix
If all that fail it time for a new barrel

I think that the Monster premium sounds like a real good candidate with the close to 1000cc with the 2 tanks
You should try BALLISTIC PRODUCTS .360 LEAD SHOT. I have 3 EVANIX .357 bullpup & they all shoot 1 hole ..357 MAX BP & 3D RAINSTORM BP. HTH
Not in .357, but in .257 fantastic results. Doug, Cedric, Roach Creek and I have all had very very good results with the TJ bbl.s.

been looking hard at either a LW 9mm barrel or a TJ .357 barrel
kinda leaning towards the TJ
anyone have experience with either?
want to explore some more before throwing money at it though….
Or a new barrel if it doesn’t, but seriously recrown the barrel, it maybe the trick fix.
thanks syn, pretty sure it’s not the transfer port , at least not anymore, spent some quality time smoothing the edges on it.
guess I’ll just have to bit the bullet and do a re-crwon ash see if it help, shit, can’t hurt at this point :3:
Sounds like something is messing up the pellet/bullet, could be your leade, could be the crown, could be the transfer port.
Otherwise i’d say you barrel has gone to shit if nothing shoots well. 😕

@ Many how much range do you get out off your Evanix-es? Do you know, if they manufacture the barrels or do they import them?
