Q:

The Airforce Bottle Regulator is here!

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I am pleased to announce that the Airforce bottle regulator is complete and I have the distinct honor to offer them for sale.

They have the M18 x 1.5 threadpitch for the Airforce bottle on one end and the .875-20UNEF threads for the E-TaCREG on the other.

The length and diameter are identical to the other JDS Airman regs.

I will be stocking them here at E-TaC central. The cost is $90 shipped, same as the E-TaCREG. CONUS shipping is included.

You can choose your output pressure from 1200-2500psi.

Here is a picture.

I have to get my tank filled (AGAAIN!!!) and I’ll get a shot count number for the 2000psi output.

Regards,
Jim

Ben,
Never made one. I’d have to check.

Yeah I figured it was an “odd” number and noway standard for regulators.

I’ve been told “not a problem” by John.

I hope to have one for testing shortly.

Got to go out of town today so won’t be able to do any testing or replying unless I get lucky in the plant.

Regards,
Jim

Oh wow cool! The shot count would be low on a stock tank but the larger one mite be key for this.

You guys are gonna make me spend money !!

😉

My 25 condor has a 24” LW barrel from Airhog . The bottle is 48 ci from JDS . I fill to 3100 psi and get about 24 shots before going off reg at 2500 .You can get another 4 or 5 shots off reg with very little drop in poi .

After a lot of rounds I finanlly gave the nod to the 25 JSBs over the benjis but it was close . Both are excellent pellets . My 2500 psi reg is consistantly delevering 965 to 970 vel with the JSBs . Also the first shot variation in vel seems to have gone away . Accucary is about as good as it is possible to get ! A regulated condor will shoot with any rifle you wish to put against it . You have put together a great product Jim !!!

Shoot Shovel & ShutUp

how many shots are you getting from a 3000psi fill and what length barrel do you have?, I really like your numbers they are right on for me.

Is it possible to get a 2800 psi regulator? I think that’s the magic number for .25 cal!!!

Thanks for the pics…. Not sure what to make of it.

I know in the past, I used JB Bore paste and got better groups. Perhaps time for another run with it.

But back to your testing the reg! Exciting stuff for sure.

Rob,

Appears the Benji’s get the nod by a touch over the JSBs. The Kodiaks stacked three, but the two flyers give me pause for consistency.

All are shot at 59 yards. JSBs and Benji are 5 shot, the Kodiak got 6.

Jim

Awesome….

I’m keeping a list of the different strings, numbers, etc for comparisons sake. I know that accuracy is second for your testing, but as you run some through, if you could give the JSB’s a try for accuracy, I’d appreciate it.

Not going to let you down, Rob.

EJ35.8: 13 shots, 839 ave SD:6.6
EJ43.2: 15 shots, 786 ave SD: 2.8

Shot two strings with the 35.8 and they were not very consistent and had low shot counts. Not sure why.

Jim

How are the JSB Kings grouping, or have you had chance?

Reason I ask is that I’ve had issues with Kodiaks out of that barrel since day one, but admittedly, I havent tried other pellets much out of it.

If it will group with the JSB’s then thats what I need to buy.

Anxiously awaiting more numbers!

More Numbers: 2500psi 25 cal 24″ barrel.

JSB 25.4 Kings: 17 shots 943fps, SD 4.1
Benji: 17 shots 919, SD: 4.7
